Procedure

Download CleanMP3.
Complete the installation of CleanMP3.
Start CleanMP3.
Click on Help in the top menu of CleanMP3 window.
Click on Register.
A registration form will open with Windows Notepad.
Please fill-in all the entries and print the result.
Verify the information.
Attach your check or money order and mail to the address specified on the form.
As soon as we get your registration form, you will receive your registration file attached to an E-Mail.
To guaranty the delivery of your registration key file, please see the following Note.

Important note:

We have been experiencing multiple cases where the customer's E-Mail address provided in the registration form was invalid because of typo errors, upper / lower case mismatch, unreadable characters or simply not in use anymore.

After ten days, from the day you sent your registration request in the mail, you should have received your registration key file via an E-Mail from sales@trycal.com

If after this time period, you did not receive anything from us, the most common reason is that the E-Mail address that you provided in your request form is invalid and our message bounced back to us.

So, after this ten day period, we strongly recommend that you send us an E-Mail with your personal information as stated in your upgrade order form.

We will then be able to process your order, as long as we have your hard copy in hands.
