This program will cut away undesirable portions of any MP3 file.

It will add fade-in and fade-out to files that are beginning or ending too sharply.

It will change the volume of a too weak or too loud MP3 file.

It will insert another MP3 file anywhere in the currently opened file.

An Insert Same File check box will select the last file used for insertion.

The scroll bars are working at a frame level for best cleaning precision.

A Zoom check box allows to manipulate an MP3 file to its smallest unit of sound, one frame.

All the functions described above can be combined in a single cleaning process.

For your own comfort, you have the option to select the background color or pattern.

Apply the cleaning and insert process to all the files in the same folder.

Scan the content of all the MP3 files in a folder for corruption. The results can be displayed in the report menu. There is also an option to save a copy of the corrupted files into another folder.

Remove the same section length from all the files in the same folder.

Display the content of REPORT.TXT where all the corrupted files information gets logged.

Clear the content of REPORT.TXT file.

A tools menu allows you to

Open a TODO.TXT file, where you can keep track of what you want to do next time you are using CleanMP3.

Open a NOTES.TXT file, where for example you can keep notes of MP3 web sites.

Run Windows Explorer in the folder currently selected for MP3 file manipulation.

Manipulate the MP3 file names with a wide range of options.

Save MP3 file names to a TEXT file with the option to display or clear the TEXT file.

CleanMP3 comes with a free unlimited time evaluation registration.

This registration will limit the use of the program to MP3 files that have been recorded at a quality of 128 kbps and below.

If you like the format and functions of CleanMP3, you may purchase your personalized registration file that will unlock this limitation and allow cleaning MP3 files recorded at a quality up to 320 kbps.
